Perfect for travel
"I love using these for travel! The sleep patches help me adjust to a new time zone and avoid jet lag. The awake patch is then clutch for when I’m sightseeing/out and about and suddenly get tired. I’m not a big coffee person so these patches are a great substitute."

"The sleepy time patch did not stay on throughout the night, but did help me fall asleep faster and stay asleep (which is a very hard thing for me to do on a regular basis). The awake patch didnt make me feel more or less awake, so not sure it was doing anything. It also leaves a residue after taking it off that can be hard to remove."
