"I have used sports patches before, but nothing comparable to the Good Patch. I love B Awake and put it mid-morning when I feel that the first burst of energy is wearing down and it helps me go through the rest of the day easily. Think - I could not yet figure out how much it does for me, as I am also using some nootropics, which already take care of the mental activity support. However, I think it is a great addition. I also wanted to note that the biggest surprise was Dream. I never realized I needed it -but as I got a sample to try - I did.
