Great product-non existent customer service

"The product is fantastic, but I have to give a 2 star review because customer service at the Good Patch is virtually non-existent. For instance, they offer me a 20% discount for writing this review, but when you try to apply the discount code at checkout, it doesn't work-try it for yourself! Then when you try to contact the company for support, they ignore you. Ask me how I know this. It's just so sad that folks who make such a great product care so little about their customers."
